Science Week 2022. Free ONLINE seminar
The Laboratory for Innovation in Digital Humanities (LINDH) is a member of the Computational Literary Studies Infrastructure (CLS INFRA) project. As part of this project it has been implemented as Transnational Access Program (TNA). Thus, during the last year we have hosted European researchers on short stays to carry out specific projects related to the analysis of literary texts.
We would like to share with the comunity the obtained results so we have organized a cycle of conferences, in which these researchers will present the following communications:
- 11:00-11:30 – Macedonian Poetry Corpus. Nikolche Mickoski, Research Associate. Lexicographic Centre, Macedonian Academy of Sciences and Arts.
- 11:30-12:00 – Manuscript tradition of Breviloquium de virtutibus by John of Wales: a quantitative exploration of codicological data. Svetlana Yatsyk, Research Fellow at CIHAM (CNRS)
- 12:00-12:30 – Metaphorical patterns across discourse of crises: towards an integration between a manual and an automatic procedure for metaphor detection and interpretation. Dario Del Fante. Researcher at University of Ferrara.
The opening and presentation of the conferences, which will be held exclusively online, will be carried out by Salvador Ros, Director of the LINHD.
